Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal & Credit Card as payment methods .

 

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: We use airmail and offer either express or FREE standard shipping

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard shipping is absolutely FREE For orders of $100 . 

 

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: In our experience, express takes around 3-6 working days and standard shipping usually takes between 9 and 14 days.  

 

Q: How long does dispatch take?
A: We try to ship as quickly as possible after receiving payment. In normal circumstances it takes up to 7 business days to process an order. We do not work during weekends.


Q: How can I track my order?
A: Yes. You could log into your account to check your order status . You could also contact our customer service at [email protected] for further assisstance. 

 

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide

 

Q: Do you charge tax?
A: No we do not charge tax on our products. Please kindly note that each country has different customs rules and if your package comes with customs fees . We are not going to be responsible for that . 

 

Products

Q: How is your clothing sized?
A: Our clothing and footwear tends to come up on the small side as it is Asian. We suggest buying one size larger than you normally wear but please check the chart carefully before purchase and make sure you are buying the product for the measurements and NOT the size.

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

 

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING GOODS. DO NOT RETURN THEM TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE AS THAT IS OUR SHIPPING AGENT AND WE WILL NOT RECEIVE THE PARCEL BACK. 

 

Returned items must meet these requirements:
  • Return Request applied within 48 hours of receipt of receiving your order.
  • In original packaging, unworn & unaltered condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
  • Accompanied by a note with your name , contact info and order #.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange.

Non-returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to CHICHOUZ and for re-shipping for exchanges.

Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been shipped. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
