Do I need to send products all the way to China?

No, we have warehouses in USA, Canada, Australia and Japan. Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.

The products are fine, but I changed my mind

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within 30 days warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Broken Products

We will pack up our products carefully. But ceramics are fragile so the products may be broken during transportation. If so, please take pictures of the broken products and send these photos to our customer service in 24 hours, we promise that we will send the products again to you freely or refund the money to you.
